Email Setup

Open Outlook, click on file>add account, if you have email accounts setup.

Open Outlook with no email accounts open and you will be presented with popup on left immediately.

Add your email address, click on Advanced Options and tick "Let me set up my account manually" and click connect.

Depending on the Hosting Package you have, the default option will be to Choose POP as your default Email type, if you have a bigger package and would like to work from the Server, Please choose IMAP as your Email Type.

Click next after making sure all the settings are the same as the picture above, you will have received your password, via Email/Whatsapp/SMS and paste it into the password Field and click Connect.

If all your details have been entered correctly, you will have successfully added your Email account and is ready to be used.

Open Thunderbird, if opening for the first time you will be presented with "Set up

Your Existing Email Address"Enter your Email address and Password and Click on Continue, Thunderbird will detect all your settings and click Done. 

You have successfully configured Your Email address on Thunderbird and can start sending Emails.

Open Email application on your device.

Type in your Email address and Password, followed by Sign in.

Choose POP3 as your account type

You will then be presented with the incoming mail server settings.

Username is your full email address

Server:
mail.example.com
Port 995
Security Type:
SSL/TLS(accept all certificates)

Click Next

Outgoing Mail Settings
Server:
mail.example.com
Port 465
Security Type:
SSL/TLS(accept all certificates)
Requires Authentication

Click on Next
You have successfully added Your Email Address and can start using your emails.

Open Mail application, add your Email address and Password.

Click on continue, iPhone will automatically detect settings, choose POP or IMAP that suits your Hosting Package that you have with Us.

Click Done, you will have successfully added your email address to your iPhone.
