On our remote support page please Click on 'Start New Session'.
Enter your Name as the support name Session and the click 'Start Session'
Install the small in size app that will be downloaded, if any prompt pops up,
be sure to select yes or allow.
After the installation of the remote application, you will receive a message of 'Successfully Joined'.
And that is it, now we can get you that remote support that you need.
